Hatha Yoga
Increase flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance with our moderately active and mindful Hatha yoga. This class offers gentle practice with the addition of some "slow flow" (movements that are linked together) and more active asanas. Pranayama and Meditation will be included. Beginners and experienced yogis alike are welcome.
