Active and Mindful

Hatha Yoga

Increase flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance with our moderately active and mindful Hatha yoga. This class offers gentle practice with the addition of some "slow flow" (movements that are linked together) and more active asanas. Pranayama and Meditation will be included. Beginners and experienced yogis alike are welcome.

This moderately active yoga class will increase your flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance in a slower and less strenuous while focusing on conscious and mindful movements. An array of pranayama and meditation techniques will be included. Novices, beginners, and experienced yogis alike are welcome.
